Job summary

Natera is seeking an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist to support and grow patient testing within Charleston to Myrtle Beach, SC. You will ensure patients adhere to the test cadence and improve outcomes by optimizing clinical workflows and test fulfillment.

Responsibilities include building relationships with Oncology accounts, monitoring patient testing, and educating clinicians on Natera Oncology products. Collaboration with internal teams will be key to patient retention and unit growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing background in oncology.
• Experience in oncology or medical sales is acceptable.

• Build relationships with key personnel at Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
• Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients remain on the prescribed protocol.
• Assess needs of medical professionals and staff with focus on customer support and logistics.
• Become an expert on all Natera Oncology products and processes.
• Educate medical professionals on tools and resources for test order management.
• Utilize reports of KPIs related to patient retention and order volume.
• Collaborate with sales reps, patient coordinators, and territory managers to optimize outcomes.

Job description

Territory: Charleston to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina The Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) is responsible for contributing to account sales, service, and support activities of all Oncology products. The role includes ensuring patient adherence to the prescribed test cadence with a focus on improving patient outcomes. The individual will identify areas of improvement in clinical workflows, test fulfillment, internal systems, and processes. Responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining key relationships and working with customers and internal partners that enable Signatera patient retention and unit growth within existing customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain & support existing customers
• Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
• Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure that patients remain on the protocol prescribed by the Oncologist.
• Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff members with a focus on customer support, coordination of logistics, and problem-solving
• Become an expert on all Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize effectiveness in the field.
• Educate medical professionals on the tools and resources that Natera provides to facilitate test order management.
• Utilize and maintain internal reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume.
• Be a key team player within the sales organization who can partner with internal stakeholders, such as sales reps, patient coordinators, territory managers, etc., to achieve the best outcomes for the patient and the provider.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing background in oncology or a minimum of 2years of medical sales experience
