Natera is seeking an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist to support and grow patient testing within Charleston to Myrtle Beach, SC. You will ensure patients adhere to the test cadence and improve outcomes by optimizing clinical workflows and test fulfillment.
Responsibilities include building relationships with Oncology accounts, monitoring patient testing, and educating clinicians on Natera Oncology products. Collaboration with internal teams will be key to patient retention and unit growth.
Territory: Charleston to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina The Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) is responsible for contributing to account sales, service, and support activities of all Oncology products. The role includes ensuring patient adherence to the prescribed test cadence with a focus on improving patient outcomes. The individual will identify areas of improvement in clinical workflows, test fulfillment, internal systems, and processes. Responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining key relationships and working with customers and internal partners that enable Signatera patient retention and unit growth within existing customers.
