Job summary

Natera is seeking an Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) to drive growth and support for oncology products across the Long Island/Suffolk region of NY. You will cultivate relationships with key personnel at oncology accounts, ensure patients stay on prescribed test cadences, and work with internal teams to optimize workflows and test fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Medical assistant/clinical support/patient liaison or nursing background or minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain & support existing customers.
• Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
• Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure patients remain on the prescribed protocol.
• Assess needs of medical professionals focusing on customer support and logistics coordination.
• Become experts on all Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize field effectiveness.
• Educate medical professionals on tools and resources to facilitate test order management.
• Utilize internal reports of KPIs related to patient retention and fulfilled orders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve patient and provider outcomes.
