Job summary

Merck is seeking an Oncology Sales Representative to drive growth in the Milwaukee, WI territory, with travel to nearby markets. You will educate key stakeholders on our oncology portfolio and work to meet or exceed sales targets in collaboration with the Oncology Customer Team Leader.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with extensive sales experience or equivalent healthcare experience, plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience or a high school diploma with 8 years of equivalent healthcare experience.
• Experience in oncology or pharmaceutical/biotech sales is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 25%+ including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals in the Milwaukee, WI territory and surrounding areas.
• Engage with customers to understand practice structure and needs, and communicate product value.
• Collaborate with the Oncology Customer Team Leader and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive strategy.
