Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is recruiting a Genitourinary Field Reimbursement Manager for the Pacific Northwest. The role is field-based, education-focused, and serves oncology accounts to improve patient access and adherence to Janssen therapies.

You will travel up to 50% to work with healthcare providers and office staff on reimbursement, coding, and payer policies. The FRM collaborates with sales, marketing, and hub services, handling education needs and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in healthcare or business/public administration). MBA or MPH preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider offices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, coding requirements, and payer policies.
• Collaborate with field support and act as reimbursement expert for local team.
• Address access and affordability issues with urgency to help patients.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support, education, and problem-solving.
• Build trusted relationships with customers in Oncology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, account planning, and knowledge of market dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide education and insights on access.
