Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Genitourinary (GU) Account Field Reimbursement Manager for the Pacific Northwest. The role supports education and issue resolution with healthcare providers, traveling up to 50% to on-site visits and cross-functional teams.

You will leverage expertise in reimbursement, payer policy, and access to facilitate patient access to Janssen Oncology therapies across WA, OR, NV, ID, WY, AK and western MT. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with MBA/MPH preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Experience in reimbursement, market access, and payer policies.
• Ability to educate HCPs on billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.

Responsabilités

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and account managers to serve as reimbursement expert.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency and tact.
• Build relationships with Oncology accounts and manage territory logistics.
