Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an experienced Field Reimbursement Manager to support Genitourinary oncology therapies across the Pacific Northwest. You will educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes and coding for J&J oncology products, helping patients access treatment.

This field-based role requires up to 50% travel and collaboration with sales, payer organizations, and PECS. Territory includes WA, OR, NV, ID, WY, AK and western MT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (healthcare or business/public administration preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider settings.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience (revenue cycle, coding, appeals).
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix.
• Strong problem-solving and effective communication skills.
• Experience with patient support HUB services.
• Valid US driver's license and driving record compliant with company standards.
• Ability to travel up to 50% across Pacific Northwest territory.
• Permanent residence in the listed territory near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and serve as reimbursement expert for local team.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients.
• Partner with managed care to understand current policies.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support.
• Build trust-based relationships with Oncology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics, coverage, and coding.
• Collaborate with internal departments for education and insights.
