Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Genitourinary Field Reimbursement Manager for the Pacific Northwest. This field-based role educates healthcare providers on reimbursement, coding, and access across WA, OR, NV, ID, WY, AK, and western MT.

You will partner with sales and PECS to address patient access, work up to 50% on-site, and navigate payer policies while advancing Oncology therapies. Requires strong relationship-building and travel readiness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Reimbursement or managed care experience in provider settings.

Responsabilidades

• Educate and support HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and act as reimbursement expert for local team.
• Address access and affordability issues with urgency.
• Partner with managed care to understand policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support activities.
• Build strong relationships with Oncology accounts and manage territory logistics.
