Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics Senior Director, Field Reimbursement – West, leads the regional Field Reimbursement Managers to execute market access strategies for uro-oncology products.

The role is field-based covering the Western region with extensive travel; you will recruit, develop, and coach teams, translate national access plans into regional programs, and partner with Market Access, Sales, and Patient Support to optimize access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in market access, reimbursement, or biotech/pharma commercialization.
• 3+ years of people-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part B and payer practices.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.
