Job summary

Natera is seeking a Clinical Oncology Specialist to join our Oncology sales team in the Tyler, TX area. The COS will create a strategic territory plan, manage all business results and ROI, and expand our customer base through education and partnerships with academic and community centers.

You will learn Natera products, drive sales strategies, and maintain deep knowledge of oncology diagnostics, reimbursement, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of successful sales experience in Oncology or Diagnostics.
• Knowledge of local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine and reimbursement.
• Strong leadership, financial management and written/oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Learn Natera products, services and payer landscape.
• Meet sales objectives and manage revenue and expenses.
• Develop and maintain KOL relationships.
• Drive opportunities with cancer centers, clinics and hospitals in the territory.
