Job summary

Natera is seeking a Clinical Oncology Specialist (COS) in the Miami area to drive sales of oncology diagnostics through expert clinical knowledge and strategic customer engagement.

The COS will partner with womens health and pharmaceutical sales teams, identify leaders in oncology care, and execute action plans to identify and manage patient treatment opportunities. OTE increases with uncapped commission and RSU benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years oncology experience OR associate degree plus 7+ years oncology experience.
• Knowledge of local oncology market.
• Knowledge of oncology molecular diagnostics and personalized medicine.

Responsibilities

• Learn Natera products, services, processes, policies, key internal teams, and payer landscape in the territory to be effective in the COS role.
• Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, clinics and physicians appropriate for Natera products & services in the territory.
• Calls on oncologists and other medical personnel to provide product information for the sale of Natera’s Oncology diagnostics.
• Capitalize on selling opportunities and influence physicians, key opinion leaders, hospitals and clinics.
• Responsible for the sale of the company’s oncology diagnostics products within an assigned territory.
• Monitor, document and report on existing business as well as challenges and new opportunities; escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct business in an ethical & transparent fashion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
