With 8+ years in Clinical Operations, you will oversee CRO/vendor relationships, develop study documentation, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Requires RN or Bachelor's/Master's in biological sciences or health-related field.
• 8+ years direct Clinical Operations experience in pharma/biotech.
• Minimum 4 years cross-functional study management or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as central contact for Clinical Study Team(s) and assist with execution of trials.
• Adhere to SOP, GCP and ICH Guidelines; manage timelines and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams; track program status to stakeholders.
• Participate in development of study documentation including protocols.
• Select and manage CROs/vendors and issue RFPs as needed.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members.
