Qualifications

• 10+ years direct Clinical Operations experience in pharma/biotech.
• Minimum 6 years of cross-functional study management or leadership.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, and GCP.
• Experience starting up, managing, and close-out of trials with SOPs.
• Experience selecting CROs/vendors and managing external resources.
• Ability to lead multiple complex trials with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Act as central contact for Clinical Study Teams and manage trials within timelines and budgets.
• Adhere to SOPs, GCP, and ICH guidelines; lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with vendors to drive query resolution and data listings review.
• Develop study documentation, including protocols and regulatory documents.
• Oversee CRO/vendor selection, RFPs, and contractor management.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage risks.
