Qualifications

• 8+ years direct Clinical Operations experience in pharma/biotech.
• Minimum of 4 years cross-functional study management or related leadership experience.
• Strong working knowledge of FDA Regulations, ICH Guidelines, and GCP.
• Proven ability to start-up, manage, and close-out clinical trials and author study/regulatory docs.
• Experience in selecting CROs/vendors and managing external resources.

Responsibilities

• Act as central contact for the Clinical Study Team(s) and assist with execution of clinical trials.
• Lead cross-functional Clinical Study Execution Team (CSETs) and supervise junior members.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GCP, and ICH guidelines; manage timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors/CROs, issue RFPs, and manage external resources.
• Track program status and communicate with stakeholders; perform risk assessment and mitigation.
