Job summary

Revolution Medicines in Redwood City, CA is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to oversee Phase I–III trials and manage CROs, vendors, and trial documentation.

The role requires strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH/GCP guidelines, and robust vendor management. You will collaborate with Clinical Development, Regulatory, QA, Finance and Legal to ensure trials are on time, within budget and compliant, while mentoring CRAs.

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree with a minimum of 5 years clinical operations experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably oncology.
• Direct experience running early-stage clinical trials within an industry environment.
• Strong working knowledge of FDA Regulations, ICH Guidelines and GCPs governing the conduct of clinical trials.
• Experience in selection of CROs/ vendors and management of external resources.
• A demonstrable record of strong vendor management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CROs and vendors to ensure trials are completed on time and within budget.
• Review and contribute to study documentation including protocols, case report forms and informed consent forms.
• Oversee TMF creation and maintenance and monitoring documentation.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Pharmacokinetics, Regulatory, QA, Finance and Legal to achieve study goals.
• Conduct site visits and manage investigational product accounting and reconciliation.
