Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with an advanced clinical/science degree.
• 7+ years in clinical development in pharma/biotech.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA/EMA guidelines.
• Experience in trial design, protocol writing, ICF, CRF development.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical science aspects of the CDP strategy and clinical documentation.
• Represent the CDP on teams; oversee training of site personnel; act as primary CDP contact at program level.
• Oversee complex and high-priority studies; perform responsibilities with independence.
• Cross-functionally align with scientific, regulatory, and commercial objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and contribute to a high-performing cross-functional team of clinical development professionals.
• Oversee all aspects of clinical trial design and execution: site selection, patient recruitment, data management, and regulatory compliance.
