Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, hygiene, feeding, mobility).
• Document patient data in EMR accurately.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge processes.
• Perform patient positioning and safe transport tasks.
• Support dietary and skin care tasks as directed by RN.
• Collect specimens and assist with point-of-care testing as needed.
• Coordinate tests and treatments with departments and manage patient charges.
• Maintain effective communication with care team and respond to calls.
