American Oncology Network, Inc. seeks an experienced APRN or PA to support physician teams in oncology care at multiple locations. You will assess patients, write prescriptions, and participate in rounds and care planning with a collaborative team.

The role requires a master's degree, APRN/PA licensure, BLS, and relevant oncology certification. The position involves on-site work with occasional overtime and multi-site responsibilities to advance cancer treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an APRN or PA program with master's degree.
• Current APRN or PA license in appropriate state.
• Prescriptive privileges or eligibility to apply.
• ANCC or ONS certification (AOCN-P) and BLS current.

Responsabilités

• Assist physician in care and teaching of patients.
• Write prescriptions for medications and follow-up studies.
• Conduct rounds and participate in daily multi-disciplinary rounds.
• Provide on-call coverage and hospital rounds as needed.
• Triage patients to determine urgency of evaluation.
• Meet with public to promote cancer treatment and market services.
• Document care accurately in records and communicate with referring physicians.
