Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in oncology/ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan individualized care.
• Implement care per physician orders and nursing plan.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and discharge planning.
• Document patient care and outcomes in the patient record.
• Supervise and delegate as applicable to nursing staff.
