Banner Health seeks an RN Resource at Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ. You will provide support to oncology services including Med Onc, Radiation Oncology and Infusion, working with physicians and clinical staff to deliver compassionate care.

The role emphasizes assessment, planning, and coordination of nursing care, maintaining standards, and contributing to optimal patient outcomes in a Magnet-recognized environment.

Formación

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired.
• Maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, educational, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate a plan of care and initiate it with input from patient/family and health team.
• Implement the plan through direct patient care and supervision of staff.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise the plan as needed.
• Document assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record.
