Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an RN in Outpatient Infusion Oncology in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports a strong oncology care team with infusion therapies, consented care plans, and continuous assessment for patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• RN license required and current in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in oncology infusion and infusion-certified is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual domains.
• Develop a plan of care with input from patient, family, and health team.
• Implement and coordinate plan of care, with supervision of staff.
• Evaluate patient and family response and adjust the plan as needed.
• Document nursing care and patient progress in the medical record.
• Contribute to professional nursing practice and unit leadership.
• Promote high-quality patient outcomes and safety.
• May supervise staff and manage workflow within the unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and other care providers to ensure seamless care.
