Job summary

Banner Health in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse in Outpatient Infusion Oncology to join a skilled oncology team. You will provide infusion therapy, coordinate patient care, and ensure comfort and safety across the treatment continuum.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional certifications may be beneficial.
• Experience in oncology or infusion centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulates a plan of care, including the discharge plan, with patient/family input and health team collaboration.
• Implements the plan of care through direct patient care and supervision of staff.
• Evaluates patient and family response to care and revises the plan as needed.
• Documents assessment, planning, and evaluation in the patient record.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and participates in ongoing nursing development.
