Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Multi-Specialty Oncology Ambulatory in Gilbert, AZ. The role collaborates with physicians to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an ambulatory oncology setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice with valid certification.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and adjust an individualized plan of care with the health team.
• Coordinate and supervise patient care activities across the care team.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Document care and patient progress accurately in medical records.
