Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking an Ambulatory Operations Manager in Oncology to manage day-to-day clinic operations within Ambulatory Services. You will drive processes for patient access, registration, revenue cycle, and compliance while supervising staff and onboarding initiatives.

The role collaborates with physicians and nurses to ensure timely access, operational efficiency, and fiscal integrity across primary and specialty care programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a clinic or hospital setting with supervisory or practice management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Health Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Ambulatory Oncology clinic operations.
• Assess and implement processes for patient access, registration, revenue cycle, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise clinic staff including onboarding, development and engagement.
• Support clinical program needs and population health initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure timely access and fiscal integrity.
