Job summary

Acrotech Biopharma Inc. is seeking an Oncology Account Manager for the Atlanta, GA territory. You will be responsible for achieving sales goals by developing and maintaining key customer relationships across oncologists, hematologists, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital committees.

Travel and in-person engagements are integral to the role. The position requires 3+ years of oncology sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science or Chemistry, and strong communication and computer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Biological Science and/or Chemistry preferred.
• Minimum 3 years selling in Oncology, Immunology, Hematology, or Rare Disease; Oncology backgrounds welcome.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and territory objectives.

Responsibilities

• Promote on-label products within regulatory guidelines to Oncology/Hematology customers.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals and market share targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and hospital committees.
• Coordinate promotional programs and physician advocacy within compliance policies.
• Conduct field activities such as lunch-and-learns, in-services, and tumor board attendance.
• Communicate regularly with Regional Sales Director and internal/external partners to optimize resources.
