Job summary

Natera is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales professional for Atlanta North to grow and retain oncology accounts. You will manage relations with key personnel, monitor patient testing, and coordinate logistics to ensure protocol adherence and high service levels.

Ideal candidates have oncology sales exposure, strong analytics, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced medical environment. This role may require after-hours availability and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background in oncology or a minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Grow, maintain & support existing customers in assigned COS and oncology accounts.
• Build relationships with key personnel to facilitate unit growth and test orders.
• Analyze patient testing to ensure protocol adherence by oncologists.
• Coordinate logistics and problem solve to meet customer needs.
• Become expert on Natera Oncology products and processes for field effectiveness.
• Educate medical professionals on tools and resources for test order management.
• Utilize internal KPIs related to patient retention and fulfilled orders.
• Collaborate with sales, patient coordinators, and territory managers to optimize outcomes.
