GSK is seeking a Patient Access Manager to act as the field-based single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and providers across the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journeys, coordinating with program and payer resources as needed.

Based in the Madison, WI region, you will educate on coverage and payment options, support enrollment activities, and document all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud while adhering to HIPAA and compliance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or access/navigation.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and providers.
• Educate on coverage, reimbursement, and program resources.
• Assist enrollment and enrollment requirements, guiding through PAP and other programs.
• Document all patient interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and program systems.
• Coordinate with payer account managers, specialty pharmacy, and back-office Benefits Specialists.
