Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking an onboarding project manager to own end-to-end onboarding and business transition initiatives within the Petaluma region. You will coordinate across Sales, CS, Plant Ops, IT and Finance to keep projects on schedule and ensure smooth transitions.

As an individual contributor, you will influence stakeholders without direct authority, manage risks, and support CS transformation work, including training and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing, packaging, or customer onboarding/implementation with PM experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management; able to align teams without direct authority.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems; LabelTraxx or Radius experience a plus.
• Ability to travel ~25% to plants as needed for onboarding and transitions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding milestones and handoffs for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate across Sales, CS, Plant Operations, IT, Finance and other partners to keep projects on schedule and manage risks.
• Monitor status, CSAT, and post-transition performance, reporting to pillar sponsor.
• Lead intercompany transfer projects including inventory, ERP setup, and cutover scheduling.
• Provide ad hoc CS transformation and overflow order-management support as needed.
