Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a Training & Onboarding Manager to enhance performance, engagement, and retention through effective onboarding and ongoing training. You will work with site leadership to track and manage company-wide training programs and provide support for remedial training at the local level.

You will develop onboarding for Drivers and Warehouse teams, coordinate Trainers, oversee the 90-day orientation, analyze training data, and translate learning into improved job performance

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Training & Development-related field or commensurate experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Training-related job.
• Experience building onboarding training programs and coaching cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage onboarding training programs for Drivers and Warehouse teams.
• Lead training evaluations and manage the 90-day onboarding process with trainers.
• Track training activity and report progress to site leadership.
• Drive a culture of feedback and performance management.
