Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma with 5 to 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding and training initiatives in a distribution center.
• Ability to maintain training records and coordinate train-the-trainer activities.
• Strong communication and teamwork to foster a positive work culture.
• Proficiency using PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Office for training needs assessments.

Responsibilities

• Supports onboarding and training for new hires across multiple distribution center roles.
• Maintains training records and coordinates train-the-trainer sessions and informational meetings.
• Supports leaders in sustaining a positive, safe, and clean work environment.
• Coordinates surveys, interviews and questionnaires for training needs assessments using PowerPoint, Excel, and Office suite.
• Other duties as assigned.
