Job summary

Martin Brower in the United States is seeking a Training Coordinator to support onboarding and development within our distribution center. You will learn multiple functions, ensure SOP rollout, and complete trainings on plan.

The role emphasizes maintaining training records, coordinating roundtables and train-the-trainer sessions, and promoting a safe, efficient work environment while collaborating with leadership and HR.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years related experience, or HS diploma with 5+ years in training roles.
• Experience in onboarding and training in a distribution/warehouse setting is preferred.
• Ability to design and deliver training using SOPs and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supports onboarding and training and development of new hires by learning multiple jobs in the distribution center to perform multiple functions and ensure SOPs are rolled out.
• Develops and maintains documentation training records to track training compliance, facilitates roundtables and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Supports leaders in sustaining a positive work culture by contributing to a safe, clean work environment.
• Coordinates the design and distribution of surveys, interviews, and questionnaires for conducting training needs assessments using PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Other duties as assigned
