Job summary

The Martin-Brower Co. is seeking a warehouse supervisor in the Coatesville, PA area to plan daily manpower, run shift meetings, and assign duties to maintain safety and productivity. You will guide teams, track performance, and support SOP compliance in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Requirements include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with substantial warehouse leadership experience; preference for a Bachelor’s degree. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years in warehousing.
• 0–1+ years of people leadership experience for the associate path or 2–3+ years of people leadership experience for the high school path.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements to minimize overtime.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity requirements are met.
• Manage workflows efficiently.
• Provide training and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
