Job summary

Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Tech for onboarding in a fully remote role requiring Texas licensure. The onboarder supports new clients with order entry, billing, triage, and insurance matters from home, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm CST.

Experience with Framework LTC and DocuTrack is required, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and timely processing for long-term care facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician License.
• Minimum one year experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience with Framework LTC and DocuTrack software required.

Responsibilities

• Enter new orders and refills accurately and efficiently.
• Handle order exceptions such as refill-too-soon.
• Adjudicate insurance claims and resolve rejections.
• Triage and troubleshoot prescriber and customer requests.
• Communicate with prescribers, caregivers, leadership, and peers.
• Package Tracking via FedEx and Courier Services.
• Become familiar with EMAR programs and coordinate transfers.
