Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in HR support, onboarding, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Screen applications and coordinate candidate movement through hiring process.
• Process onboarding transactions, collect documents, and ensure compliance.
• Support onboarding timelines and document management for audits.
• Assist in certification/clearance verification and compliance.
• Provide clear communication with candidates and campus staff throughout onboarding.
• Enter and maintain data in HRIS and onboarding systems.
