Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring an Onboarding Specialist to support management of a high-profile customer with hiring and administrative duties. The role covers pre-employment requirements, document collection, and certification validations, with occasional screening and interviewing help to support operations.

The position is full-time with responsibilities spanning onboarding activities, coordination with Payroll, and generating weekly reports.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative, HR, onboarding, or classroom instruction experience.
• Experience in fast-paced administrative environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-assignment requirements and onboarding tasks.
• Assist with screening and interviewing activities as needed.
• Process new hire data and WinTeam entries; print badges.
• Coordinate with Payroll and generate hiring reports.
• Maintain relationships with local recruitment locations.
