Job summary

Axionova Engineering Ltd is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to design and manage structured onboarding programs, ensuring every new hire is prepared and excited to join the team. You will personalize experiences, coordinate with HR, IT, and managers, and lead orientation sessions to reinforce Axionova's culture and mission.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Tech proficiency with HR software and onboarding tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead onboarding programs that align with Axionova's values, ensuring each new hire is prepared and excited for their journey.
• Tailor onboarding experiences based on the needs of each new team member, making them feel valued from day one.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and department managers to set up equipment, system access, and training schedules.
• Facilitate orientation sessions introducing new hires to Axionova's culture, values, and mission.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing resources.
• Check in with new hires regularly, gather feedback, and address concerns to improve the onboarding experience.
• Document onboarding processes, evaluate program success, and suggest improvements.

What You’ll Do as Our On boarding Specialist

As the On boarding Specialist, you'll be the key to ensuring every new hires transition is smooth, welcoming, and memorable. Here's how you'll make a difference:

• Design and Lead On boarding Programs: Create and manage structured on boarding plans that align with Axionova's values, ensuring each new hire is prepared and excited for their journey.
• Personalized New Hire Experience: Tailor on boarding experiences based on the needs of each new team member, making them feel valued from day one.
• Coordinate with Key Departments: Collaborate with HR, IT, and departmental managers to ensure seamless on boarding, including setting up equipment, access to systems, and training schedules.
• Facilitate Orientation Sessions: Lead engaging and informative orientation sessions, introducing new hires to Axionova's culture, values, and mission.
• Build Connection & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, answering questions, providing resources, and helping them feel connected to their team.
• Monitor Progress & Collect Feedback: Check in with new hires regularly, gather feedback to continuously improve the on boarding experience, and address any concerns.
• Document & Refine Processes: Maintain on boarding documentation, evaluate program success, and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Who You Are

• Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Able to anticipate new hires needs and resolve any issues before they become concerns.
• Organizational Savvy: Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with HR software, on boarding tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
