Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for a 6+ months onsite contract in West Palm Beach, FL. You will manage complex HR onboarding and lifecycle processes, focusing on US onboarding and I-9 compliance.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in HR Operations, strong data analytics skills, and hands‑on experience with HRSD and global mobility. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, with project‑management capabilities to lead improvements.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant HR Operations experience, preferably within a global organization.
• Strong hands-on experience with HR onboarding processes, particularly US onboarding, and expertise in US I-9 processes and compliance.
• Experience handling Tier 2/Tier 3 HR cases or equivalent complex HR operations escalations.
• Strong working knowledge of Client HRSD.
• Good understanding of Global Mobility processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics/reporting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage small-to-medium process improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting global HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 complex HR Operations cases, primarily related to US onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex onboarding scenarios, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant resolutions.
• Analyze case trends, identify root causes, and recommend process or system improvements.
• Serve as a key subject matter expert for US I-9 processes and compliance, ensuring adherence to documentation standards and requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and HR teams to address I-9-related matters and compliance risks.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Client HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and utilize the platform to manage complex HR cases.
• Provide operational support across Global Mobility and employee onboarding processes.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor HR Operations performance and compliance status.
• Independently manage targeted projects and process improvement initiatives from planning through execution.

Immediate need for a talented Onboarding Specialist. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in West Palm Beach, FL(Onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with immigration or employment eligibility workflows.
• Experience participating in HR technology releases or user acceptance testing.
