Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the hiring and onboarding process by coordinating pre-employment activities, completing background screenings, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.

You will serve as a key point of contact for recruiters, candidates, and MSMC departments, providing administrative and customer service support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline desired
• 2–3 years prior experience in related discipline

Responsibilities

• Meet with New Hires and complete pre-employment paperwork.
• Complete Background Check process including reference, criminal background, license verification and OIG.
• Coordinate information for open position reporting process.
• Disseminate Orientation list to departments and key users.
• Proficient in typing documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Review documents for accuracy and maintain organized files.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times; provide customer service to recruiters, applicants, and MSMC departments.
• Assist with Employee health status follow-ups and distribute faxes to recruiters.
• Provide front desk coverage as needed; manage Level 2 background screening and AHCA site.
• On-board and manage contractors and physician files; assist Recruitment Manager with projects.
• Pick up badges on Friday and welcome/register new hires on orientation day.
