Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to join our team in South Florida. The role supports new hires, manages pre-employment paperwork, and coordinates background checks and license verification to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

You will serve as a liaison for recruiters and MSMC departments, maintain confidential files, and help with contractor and physician onboarding. A commitment to accuracy, customer service, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline required or preferred.
• 2–3 years of HR, recruitment, or onboarding experience.
• Experience with background checks and license verification.

Responsibilities

• Meet with new hires and complete pre-employment paperwork.
• Complete background checks and license verification as applicable.
• Coordinate information for open positions reporting.
• On-board and manage contractors and physician files.
• Assist recruitment managers and provide front desk coverage as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and support MSMC departments.
