Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support the Physician Recruitment team through full-life cycle hiring for physicians and related onboarding processes.

You will coordinate interviews, assist with job postings, and prepare routine recruiting reports while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality across 4,000+ staff and multiple locations in South Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field strongly preferred.
• 1+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physician Recruitment with full-life cycle recruitment of physicians.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, Zoom, in person) with physicians and the Mount Sinai hiring team.
• Assist with creation and placement of job postings/advertisements on career sites and journals.
• Maintain physician onboarding processes and related documentation.
• Prepare reports and summaries for Management.
