Job summary

Surgimate is a SaaS company building an operating system for surgical orchestration. They are a remote-first team distributed across the US with R&D centers in Israel and India.

The Implementation Manager will guide end-to-end customer onboarding, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure radiology workflow adoption with hands-on training and real-time problem solving.

Qualifications

• PM or SaaS implementation experience, radiology workflow familiarity preferred.
• Strong communication, hands-on customer training, and real-time troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Project management or SaaS implementation experience, with radiology workflow familiarity strongly preferred.
• Effective communication skills, hands-on customer training, and ability to troubleshoot in real time.
