Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an experienced administrative professional to support senior Navy program managers at the Washington Navy Yard. This role focuses on executive‑level correspondence, memo writing, and process optimization in a large, complex program office.

You will work four days per week on-site in Washington, DC, with a competitive compensation package including base salary and variable pay opportunities. A DoD SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of executive‑level support experience.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and analytical skills; Navy correspondence expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office.
• Current DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support senior PAE Mission Systems Program Managers.
• Handle serial log management, memo writing, routing and tracking correspondence.
• Implement office policies and procedures and analyze workflows.
• Formulate process‑improvement recommendations for a large Navy Program Office.
• Work four days per week from the Washington Navy Yard office.
