Pilgrim’s is seeking an Employee Experience Manager to shape how new team members connect with our culture, learn their roles, and thrive from day one. This role will standardize orientation and onboarding across 30+ locations, partnering with HR, Operations, Learning & Development, facility onboarding teams, and business leaders to enhance the new team member experience and advance key metrics.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience delivering effective training programs; knowledge of coaching, classroom, on-the-job, and digital learning methods; general understanding of poultry processing.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills; highly organized; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead Orientation & Onboarding Excellence; standardize and improve orientation program across Pilgrim’s facilities.
• Partner With Facilities and Leaders; build relationships with HR, Operations, L&D, onboarding teams, and leaders; audit training needs.
• Develop & Coach Onboarding Teams; train onboarding trainers and coordinators; mentor onboarding supervisors; oversee annual Onboarding Conference.
