Job summary

Remote is seeking a Manager, Onboarding Operations to lead a high-volume, globally-aligned onboarding team. You will drive people leadership, quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the employee onboarding lifecycle.

You will advocate for responsible AI and automation adoption, partnering with Experts and Leads to implement scalable processes while ensuring privacy and data integrity. Remote emphasizes async work and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated people-management experience in a high-volume operational environment.
• Experience understanding employment and/or labour laws across multiple countries, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor Onboarding Operations Specialists, creating an inclusive, high-performing environment.
• Own team performance, delivery quality and achievement against agreed operational targets and service standards.
• Manage all aspects of people leadership, including motivation, feedback, performance reviews and difficult conversations.
• Act as an escalation point for complex employee onboarding and operational challenges, coordinating cross-functional ownership.
