Job summary

Remote is seeking a seasoned Lead to guide and mentor a team of Onboarding Operations Specialists, driving performance and delivering scalable onboarding solutions. You will own key metrics and serve as the escalation point for complex issues in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

You will leverage data and AI to continuously improve processes, drive adoption of new tools, ensure compliance, and partner with technical teams to implement scalable solutions across the organization.
