Job summary

Overjoy is seeking an Onboarding Manager for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will lead new customer onboarding from signup to first wholesale wins, guiding setup, training, and value realization.

Responsibilities include conducting onboarding calls, creating training materials, and collaborating with sales, CS and engineering to resolve issues. You’ll drive time-to-value and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiar with CRM management.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced startup.
• Attention to detail with multiple customers.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote role that owns the most important stretch of the customer journey: the first few weeks. As an Onboarding Manager, you'll take new customers from signup to their first wholesale wins on Overjoy — running onboarding calls, driving time-to-value, and making sure no customer stalls out before they see results.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding calls with new customers, guiding them through setup to first value

• Train customers on Overjoy's product, features, and best practices

• Troubleshoot issues and answer questions throughout onboarding

• Coordinate with sales, account management, and engineering to resolve customer needs

• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and training materials

• Continuously improve the onboarding process based on what you see in the field

• Meet or exceed onboarding KPIs, including time-to-value and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success

• Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Familiar with CRM management

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customers at once

• Experience in CPG or wholesale is a plus

• Experience using Overjoy is a plus

Pay Range: $70,000–$90,000 USD per year
