Job summary

Overjoy is seeking an Onboarding Manager for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will lead new customer onboarding from signup to first wholesale wins, guiding setup, training, and value realization.

Responsibilities include conducting onboarding calls, creating training materials, and collaborating with sales, CS and engineering to resolve issues. You’ll drive time-to-value and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiar with CRM management.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced startup.
• Attention to detail with multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls with new customers and guide setup to first value.
• Train customers on product features and best practices.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and answer questions.
• Coordinate with sales, account management and engineering to resolve needs.
• Develop and maintain onboarding docs and training materials.
• Improve onboarding process based on field feedback.
• Meet or exceed onboarding KPIs like time-to-value and customer satisfaction.
