Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Manager, Onboarding & Learning Experience to lead PSC onboarding programs, coordinate learning enablement for product and process changes, and ensure timely, sequenced learning materials and communications.

You will align stakeholders, manage execution across Learning, Operations and support teams, and directly lead a small team with coaching and performance feedback; travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences required.
• Minimum 6 years in program management, onboarding, or related roles.
• Experience with onboarding or workforce readiness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PSC onboarding programs, including cohort planning and curriculum sequencing.
• Lead learning enablement planning for product launches and process changes.
• Coordinate with Workforce Management to align onboarding with staffing and capacity.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies; provide updates to PSC L&D leadership.
