Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a leader in healthcare solutions, seeks a Manager, Onboarding & Learning Experience to drive PSC onboarding programs and learning enablement across multiple U.S. locations including Pittsburgh.

You will align stakeholders, manage execution, and ensure timely communications for product changes and process updates. You will lead a small team, collaborate with Quality & Compliance, and partner with Workforce Management to balance staffing with training plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 6 years of program management, onboarding, learning enablement, change management, or related roles.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience supporting onboarding or workforce readiness initiatives.
• Strong planning, sequencing, stakeholder communication, and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, frontline environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and end-to-end execution of PSC onboarding programs.
• Plan learning enablement for product launches and process changes.
• Partner with Workforce Management to align onboarding and training plans with staffing and capacity.
• Develop learning communications and rollout standards.
• Coordinate rollout of learning updates to ensure consistent execution across PSC.
• Maintain timelines, deliverables, approvals, and handoffs across Learning, Operations, and support teams.
• Directly manage a small team with goal setting, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Track milestones and risks; provide updates to PSC L&D leadership.
