Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Manager, Onboarding & Learning Experience to lead PSC onboarding programs across multiple U.S. sites including Phoenix, AZ. You will own end-to-end learning enablement for product launches, coordinate cross-functional training, and ensure timely, auditable learning materials.

Travel up to 20% is expected as needed to support programs and teams. You will partner with Workforce Management, Quality and Compliance, and operate in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences.
• 6+ years of experience in program management, onboarding, learning enablement, change management, or related roles.
• Strong track record managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Proficient with MS Office (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience supporting onboarding or learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and end-to-end execution of PSC onboarding programs, including cohort planning, curriculum sequencing, certifications, and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead learning enablement planning for product launches, process changes, and other priority initiatives impacting PSC.
• Partner with Workforce Management and Operations to align onboarding and training plans with staffing, capacity, and business needs.
• Establish the strategy and standards for PSC learning communications and training rollouts.
• Coordinate rollout of learning updates (training, job aids, desk drops, reinforcements) to ensure consistent execution across PSC.
• Directly manage a small team including goal setting, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Travel up to 20% may be required.
