Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences required.
• Minimum 6 years in program management, onboarding, learning enablement or related roles.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PPT, Excel, etc.).
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs.
• Experience supporting onboarding or related activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding strategy and end-to-end PSC onboarding program execution.
• Plan learning enablement for product launches and changes impacting PSC.
• Align onboarding and training plans with staffing and business needs.
• Develop and rollout learning communications and training materials.
